Perrytech Montessori uses FedEx Ground service for shipping orders within Canada, and may sometimes use Canada Post Expedited Parcel service for shipments to the United States. We regret that we are unable to ship orders outside of Canada and the 48 contiguous United States at this time. Shipping is free of charge for orders within the Greater Toronto Area. Outside the GTA, shipping costs are calculated on each order according to its specific weight and dimensions after being packed, so the exact cost cannot be determined until the order has been packed.

We charge only what the actual shipping cost is to us – no additional “handling fees” are added. Typically, shipping adds approximately 10% to 15% on top of the pre-tax amount of the order, but in cases where this proportion is substantially higher, we will contact the customer to advise them of the actual shipping cost and reconfirm whether or not they wish to proceed with the order. Once an order has been picked up by FedEx, we will provide the customer with the FedEx tracking number in an order status update email.
