Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with the value of the materials purchased, you may return any or all items for a full credit or refund within 30 days after your receive your shipment. Returns and exchanges may be accepted after 30 days at our discretion, but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you have purchased Discount Montessori Materials and wish to exchange them for the equivalent AMI-approved Gonzagarredi products instead, we will allow a 90% credit of your original purchase cost toward the exchange for up to 90 days after you received your original shipment.
